  • RNT is contracted by the Ryan White CARE Act Title Grantee to operationalize the Orlando EMA Quality Management and Continuous Quality Improvement Plan. (2003-2005)
  • RNT is contracted as the Orlando EMA HIV Health Services Planning Council Support agency.
  • RNT receives an award from the Orlando EMA to institutionalize the Central Florida HIV/AIDS Leadership and Training Institute, two curriculums developed and delivered for Advance Case Management and Peer Mentorship. (2004-2005)
  • RNT is contracted by the Orlando EMA to conduct two commissioned research studies to identify service strategies for 1) the Haitian Community, and 2) the EMA Homeless population. (current)
  • RNT completes the RW CARE Act Title I Orlando EMA Epidemiology Study for 2002-2003 under contract with the Orange County Department of Health and Family Services.
  • RNT completes the State Department of Health/Area 7 Epidemiology Study under contract with the Heart of Florida United Way the lead agency for RW CARE Act Title II.
  • RNT leads Reengineering/Restructuring Initiative for the East Central Florida AIDS Network under contract with the Heart of Florida United Way.
  • RNT facilitates the creation of two AIDS Service provider collaborative in the Orlando EMA, the Tri County Alliance (TCA)- A Holistic HIV/AIDS Advocacy and Service Network and The Central Florida HIV/AIDS Leadership and Accountability Task Force, Inc.
  • RNT created Homeless Substance Abuse Service Model and Public Policy for NY State Government.
  • RNT participated in the development of the National Volunteer Training Center for Center for Substance Abuse Prevention.
  • In 1998, assisted NYPD in developing and facilitating community patrol partnership model and community dialogue process to address concerns related to police brutality.
  • Distinguished for developing and implementing comprehensive model programs addressing issues of substance abuse, HIV/AIDS, mental health, homelessness, and other related public health initiatives.
  • Recognized for developing community driven collaborative partnerships.
